SHIPPING

 

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking. All made to order pieces of jewelry will ship out 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) from your date of purchase. All in stock items will be sent out in 2 business days.

 

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email at hello@mimujeratelier.com

We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit, in this event please contact the carrier with your tracking number for any special delivery requests.

 

Please note that for domestic orders we use Yurtiçi Kargo ve Aras Kargo and cannot deliver to PO boxes. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

 

The Internatıonal customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email hello@mimujeratelier.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Please kindly note that we cannot accommodate resize requests for international customers.

RETURNS

 

Most pieces are handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us of your return within 5 days of your order's receipt at hello@mimujeratelier.com

 

In stock pieces and orders canceled within 5 days are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Some items are not eligible for return, such as rings in small or large sizes, pieces with engraving, and scratched or worn items. For international orders return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIRS

If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair email hello@mimujeratelier.com to inquire about your specific case.

 

If you would like your ring sized up or down there will be a repair pay. The customer is to pay the shipping bill. Repairs/sizing may take 1-3 weeks.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• do not wear when exercising or performing sports activities

• remove when swimming or showering

• do not spray perfumes directly on to jewellery as this may cause damage or discolouring

• to clean wipe with a soft cloth

• do not use cleaning liquids

• keep away from direct sunlight and heat

• keep in a cool dry place

• store in a cloth pocket for extra protection from scratching

• keep away from water, hand/body creams, hot surfaces, adhesives, acetones and other chemicals.
